Whats the Power Retreat?
EYP has created a retreat day in Lincolnshire as a day for YOU, where each individual feels safe, supported and group within a group of like minded people all their to bring some peace and tranquility back into their lives.
You will have the opportunity to learn or expand on different practises that you can then take away with you and benefit from on a daily basis.
What will I experience?
We will begin and end the day with a journalling session where you will learn different techniques to enhance your day from the moment you wake up. Through this, you will explore more about yourself and get clear on a few goals you would like to achieve. This will help you to gain an understanding of where you are at and where you would like to be.
You will participate in a Yoga session with Mel Lovegrove in order to understand your body more through movement. Where are you holding tension? What feels relaxed? how does your mind feel after yoga?
You will also experience a powerful meditation with Charlotte Austin during your retreat day. Whether you have or haven't meditated before its perfect! Before any session we do on our retreat day you will be guided through how it works, the benefits and how to experience each session.
Top kinesiologist, Lisa Burgess, will be leading a session around stress management. The understanding of and the effect on the body followed by some practical techniques to reduce stress you can take away with you.
There will be free time available to you for you to absorb all learnings from the day, reflect on anything thats come up for you, express your emotions through creativity, and have your cards read by a Tarot reader. You can participate in as much or as little as you would like.
